Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

(Warning: Spoilers. Don't read if you haven't watched it. But what the hell, you've probably already read the book, so read on!)

It was the same as the rest, pretty mediocre compared to the book. I HATE how they alter parts. I mean. Horace Slughorn is supposed to have a moustache, and why the heck was Harry chatting up some girl in the beginning instead of the being with the Dursleys as usual?

However, the crucial plot elements are present. I like how they stressed on the Vanishing Cupboard and how Malfoy used it to sneak the Death Eaters in. Else, those Harry Potter noobs would never have gotten it.

Yes, I am prejudiced towards anyone who hasn't read the book but insists on watching the movie. As if they get a thing about what's happening.

I love the way the Pensieve is portrayed, but the whole Astronomy tower thing is bullshit. harry aws STUPEFIED!! And Lavender wasn't that dumb. And Harry kissed Ginny at a Quidditch match. Luna wasn't loony enough. Or at least, not enough scenes to portray her weirdness.

I liked the Unbreakable Vow scene, and Sectumsempra. I liked Hermione hexing Cormac( he is so effing hot). I liked Hermione crying too.

What I don't like is the Apparating scene. It doesn't picture much. Well, it is better than a few old movies. My favourite so far remains Goblet of Fire.

P/S You won't really get it if you haven't read the book or at least a synopsis of the book. The ending is a cliffhanger.
