Today a lot of things happened. They include a dramatic scene, Lynne getting mad, Miss Susie giving us a hug, Mr. Jardian doing obscene (albeit supposedly he was helping us do SEGAK properly) poses, me getting way left behind in Choral Speaking, and all sort of Prefectorial discussions running about.
What struck me the most was the intense heat. OMG, the heat. I poured like a gallon of water all down my back to aid my sweat and I still burned up. I almost passed out. The sweat was streaming down perpetually. My pores were dilated to the point that I could shove an entire finger up my sweat glands. Okay, gross, I know, and not biologically possible.
It was so hot that I'm going to dedicate this post to the heat. It was so hot that my fingers were stuck together. That my skin had the consistency of flypaper. My skin was grainy and icky and blehh. I was flustered and hot and my ears were burning and every part of my body wsa sticky, wet or plain streaming like a waterfall.
It has been the hottest day of my life.
When I got home, I jumped into the shower and splashed ice cold water all over myself.
I washed my matted, sour-smelling, sticky, wet and sweaty hair twice. I scrubbed a lot.
I proceeded to wash off my hair. And put on double lashings of conditioner.
I spent 5 minutes exfoliating, washing my underwear, brushing my teeth and all that because you're supposed to leave the conditioner on for 5 minuted before washing it off.
I poured half the bottle of foam bath all over my back and scrubbed where i've never scrubbed before (behind my ears and behind my knees those places, mind you).
And then washed it all away with water. Aaaahh, water.
Sounds yummy?
